The Mango provides tools to sellers ("clients") who run live-selling shows, and fulfills their orders. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Client accounts: the name and email address of each person a client invites to The Mango.
- Marketplace access: when a client connects an eBay account, eBay gives us an access token for that account. We use it only to do what the client asks: create and manage their listings, read their orders, and add tracking to those orders.
- Order details: for orders we fulfill, the buyer's name, shipping address and the items purchased, as provided by the marketplace.
How we use it
- To run the client's shows, track what sold, and pack and ship their orders.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use buyers' details for marketing.
- We share order details only with the shipping carriers needed to deliver an order.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and meet legal and tax requirements. When eBay tells us a user has closed their account, we delete that user's data that we hold. A client can disconnect their eBay account at any time, which ends our access to it.
Security
Access to client tools requires a login, each client can only see their own data, and marketplace tokens are stored on our servers, never in the browser.
